I'm still waiting from a July 13 purchase 596xxxx BC --> BC. The BC wait times seem to be all over the place...

I had one from Tenda that they input into the system incorrectly (it was for range use, but they clicked on 'for collection') and it just went into limbo until i called in. I'd bet there's a pile of incorrect input forms, missing range info and forms where they didn't dot the 'i's, just sitting in a pile to be dealt with once the govt has stopped banning the 3 guns left in the country.

What's the number everybody is calling in BC to get through? Sounds like I need to play the sit on hold game.

Call in to the cfp via the 1-800-731-4000 (i think, going by memory so check that), then 1 for english, wait through the 20 seconds of propaganda, them whatever option it is to get to entering the extension you want. Its 9530 for bc. They are open from 9am to 2pm pacific time. Have a charged up phone and something to do while you wait on hold.

156 days to receive transfer notification in the mail (June 22 - Nov. 24); Transfer approved Nov. 13th (145 days to process), still no gun received from retailer (not even a shipping notification). 5948XXX Ontario. Note: Last transfer (from June 3rd) didn't have the hard copy registration form arrive in the mail until 5 weeks ( one week travelling in the post) after having had delivery of the packaged firearm. Yet another disparity to factor in is the time lag between finally receiving our property and legally being able to go to the range.... All told, I'm averaging between 5 to 6 months from purchase to use. Another lovely passive jail sentence for we security vetted law abiding criminals.

Looking for some advice please. Which of these two firearms is more reliable, the Spectre Ltd. WS-MCR 556, or the Tavor X95 556
