I believe I just scored the last one! Order complete. Out of curiosity why is this model quite a bit more expensive than the newer full length SBL? Most were listed around $1800 CDN now this one is $1900 USD! Sign of the times I suppose?

Regardless I am very excited for this rifle.

Yup, price stopped me.. 2500$ for a marlin lever action? I’ll stick with my $1500 Chiappa that’s probably better fit and finish
Congrats on the rifle though they are a beauty.. just a lot more than expected.

Ouch got my SBL for $1600CAD… not surprised though these will be in short supply and high demand for awhile!

Moving forward, we will see these new Ruger/Marlin SBL and Trapper 45-70 models go for $3000.00 Canadian on the EE.

At least until production out ways demand.
