I placed an order on the 12th. I still have yet to receive an order number or tracking number. When should one expect to receive this information? Also, I registered after I placed the order and apparently there is a free gift, but I can't get it unless I place another order? For my first order, this isn't starting off well. I'm just about ready to cancel the order.
