these magazines have an extra military drainage hole.



We have edited the original description on our website, these were originally brought into the country under the pretense that the RCMP where going to approval 10rd capacity, due to the origin of these magazines being a pistol, the RCMP are still looking into this but currently we have repined for a 5/30 to sell in Canada at the moment. The title was correct 5/30 anyone who thought these were 10rds please message for a refund.

APC9 and APC9k were classified as 84(1)b. Look up frn 196996.

Its not considered a handgun because restricted handguns are classified as 84(1)a - not a prohibited hand gun.

I believe the CC definition of handgun doesn’t apply to APC9 and APC9k and that’s why it doesn’t fall under as a handgun.

There are APC9k with glock lowers that exist in the wild… likewise other pcc’s in that category: Fx9, jr carbine, tnw asr, etc…
