    Well it not only needs to be good it needs to be exceptional. Tikka at 1k shoot and function great..last two were 1/2" moa. My last 3 700s couldn't do better than 1 3/8 moa.
    Money isn't everthing. It's just something needed to purchase anything.

    Maybe a Turqua Rifle is the answer. Guaranteed Sub MOA, 5 year warranty and a selection I have never seen in a production center-fire rifle.

    I see the New REM M700 7 mm REM Mag is fitted now with a 8 twist barrel . This is good thing ! RJ

    5R rifled barrel HOPEFULLY it’s of GOOD quality for less then. MOA accuracy .

    Agreed, my varmint stainless 223 will shoot half moa with handloads

    I know i just like the 60 degree bolt throw, definitely wouldn't be a deal breaker
