Old School Revival
When this fairly rare Canadian made Para Ordnance double stack 1911 landed in the shop it was rusty, not shooting properly due to lack of maintenance, had a jerry-rigged frame mounted optic mount that was crudely drilled into the dust cover and through the factory markings. Our Custom shop did a full disassembly and hand clean every part prior to prep for Cerakote. The Caspian slide was milled for the Trijicon 1911 integrated suppressor height night sight set with RMR optic footprint mated to a Holosun 407C red dot. The stainless parts were cleaned up and the rest of the pistol was Cerakoted in Midnight Blue. The end result was a very clean and functional 1911 with a red dot upgrade.
