    Is it meant to be fired with the stock folded too? Looks like a pretty tight gap

    No, it actually can't be fired folded. The little nub on the right side of the stock interfaces with the receiver (see the wear on both) so that the safety can't be moved to the fire position. This is how they got the NR status as stated in a video earlier from the owner.

    Really cool looking rifle. If my memory serves me correctly and if someone can help me figure this out I think I've seen three folding stock bolt action rifles with short barrels. There's this one. The CZ and there was one more?
