Any update on when you will be fulfilling NR's purchased at the show?

I purchased an NR at 130pm on the Friday afternoon Sep 9 and it was confirmed as an in-stock item, I asked for in-store pickup.
I called on Thur Sep 15 to ask status of my pickup order and was told the shipping guys were so busy "they couldn't come up for air" filling all the show orders and to just wait another day or two.
I visited the store on Sat Sep 17 to pickup another online order (case and mags) and when I asked about my NR order from the show I was told "the portal has been down all week" and you can't get reference numbers for NR transactions.

So which is it? Too busy, or portal down, and when will it resolved?
