If the Prophet River website looks different or is not working properly.

Bigcommerce had an outage at the end of last week. It was fixed in a couple hours but some computers took longer to display properly then others. We had a couple of staff computers here that were not fixed this morning that I was told about. I have also received a couple notes from customers about it.

If anything looks odd or the side menus are not working, you will need to clear your browser cache. This is due to the outage from the end of last week.

    In Chrome.

    press the following.
the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner
    settings
    privacy and security
    clear browsing data
change it to "last 7 days"
    clear data.
    restart your browser.

    You should be good.

The same issue may occur on your phone.
To clear the browser on an iPhone do the following

    Settings
    Safari
    Clear History and Website Data
"Clear History and Website Data" again on the popup
close tabs on the next popup.

Your phone browser should be working now.

No problem with any of mine accessing your site. iPad, laptop or iPhone.

We have two forms for questions.

The first one is the Item form questions. These are the links on all the product pages.
Item form questions are a different host then our website. Our site is on Bigcommerce and these are on jotform. This one by default sends you a copy of your question as you submit it unless you tell it not to in the form dropdown. If this form bounces I am the one who gets the bounce. Not Clay or the submitter. I have not seen a bounce on that form for a few months.

The second for is the form directly on the "contact us" page. This is hosted by Bigcommerce.

I had not tested either after the Bigcom issue was fixed last week. This is a good test to do after an issue.
I have just tested both and Clay got both tests. Both are working.

Its possible he just missed your question, he gets a lot of emails every day. I would call the store and talk to one of our sales staff or try again if you wish.
