    What would be the equivalent distance shooting a .22lr w/ 20'' bbl ?

    Any Physicists ?

    I honestly don't care how many rounds it took to get there, but he only hit it once and called it a day. Only counts if you hit it twice IMO. With only 1 hit for all we know his dope was still off and he flinched it onto the plate.

    Still impressive don't get me wrong. Even just being in the ball park at that range is amazing. Just confirm it with a second shot is all I'm saying.

    Big talk from the shooting community... irony is that your walk down the target line at most ranges I have seen and most can't group at 100m.

    One the other hand I once fired my 300 WM into the sky at about a 35 degree angle the bullet hit dead center of something probably about 5 miles away, and I did this with just one shot.

    Interesting point. I met a real wanker at a party a few years ago bragging about climbing Everest. Time, money, and a support from a few skilled people can result in great achievements.
    Not to say this was not impressive but if it is true that it took 60 shots walk it in, I will sit on the fence on this one.

    1km with irons....that's my kind of impressive as well.
