I’m in powersports and this is expected of us. Our customers will call the next day looking for their stuff, ya loomis picked it up yesterday, it’ll probably be tomorrow. They respond with “well last time it was next day”. It really confuses me how most of these firearm places won’t get stuff out for several days after the order is placed, it’s nice to see places same day ship

Like a good tradesman, you always have a 2 weeknor more jobs booked before you get to new ones..
If a place can get orders out within hours of being place, maybe they aren't busy enough,or maybe they have the correct staffing levels
