Ah the drama i like them all, you just have to take the bad with the great or change them to suite.
Some like optics some like hi vis, some like peep, i grew up shooting peeps.
I think white line is for quick acquisition of target with the shorter Trapper barrel for bush & low light hunting, but down here in Arizona with verry open country longer barrel with optics is needed.
I wouldn't enjoy having the same sights all my guns.
Enjoy what you have and learn how to shoot them that is what collecting and shooting is all about.

If the trapper had the exact same skinner rear site, with the same front fiber optic that the SBL has I think you’d have about the best iron setup you can get.

Wonder what made them go with the large white blade on the trapper instead of the fibre optic.

I’ll also note I really really don’t like the hooded sight on the guide gun…

Why they did 3 different iron sight setups on 3 similar guns is beyond me.
    Nostalgia I think.

It’s a joke, because you can’t memorize 16 numbers? lol
I think you learned a lesson here. Get practicing

I believe there are less than 100 of these Ruger/Marlin 1895 Guide Guns (GBL) models in Canada.

They will start to bring a premium on the EE.

Start? I’ve watched a couple sell for 2800 already and the guide gun is several hundred cheaper than the trapper or SBL.

I’m happier than a pig in #### to have one of each of the new 1895s.

I have seen this, they are going to be worth their weight in gold soon.
