Tried emailing you multiple times about a non firearm order that has sat processing for months.

Calls during business hours go straight to a voicemail with a blank message header.

Order number is 4051921
 
And their last post was less then a week ago, so what? Their webstore is still up they're still advertising via email and they're still accepting payment from their old accounts.

What I want to know is why no one is answering the phone or emails so I can get my order sorted.
 
Looks like payment was not applied to you order. I have corrected it and sent it to shipping.

Have sent another one now. But these are already the email/numbers I have tried. Check that your client isn't filtering emails erroneously.

Nothing in spam or anywhere as yet. We have sent the order to shipping, per above.
