    Can we do this with AR’s? Everything but the serialized lower?

    Some of us are still finishing modern sporter builds. I could buy a complete windham 20” AR, you keep the receiver, and I’d still save money compared to buying Canadian mish-mash parts

    Does IRG RETAIN the frame or own the frame for resale?

    Leaving them in the warehouse to purchase at a later - legal date might be an interesting prospect.

    You are correct, you do not need an RPAL to purchase the parts but you do to have a handgun.
