So if I understand correctly, when C-21 passes and comes into force, we will no longer be able to do private transfers or buy and sell used handguns?

We met with our local MPs at our club last week. One of them is on the Public Safety committee and he explained that's where the legislation and amendments are actually done. Then presented to parliament. We gave them a fair but forceful earful about the irrational approach the current government is taking towards "public safety".
