Members of our Customer Service Team interact directly with customers to ensure the best possible shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in a professional manner
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with orders, questions, and recommendations
- Processing sales with our POS system
- Inventory management in the store-front and warehouse, including re-stocking and product facing
- Warehouse work including unpacking skids and allocating overstock to designated areas
- General maintenance of the retail area to ensure cleanliness and order
Requirements
- Vigilance and proficiency in firearms safety and handling
- Passion, experience, and some knowledge of and with firearms
- Schedule availability for weekends and holidays
- Valid RPAL license
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred
- Previous retail firearms experience
- Competency or proficiency with computer-related tasks, including interacting with various software and typing ability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ZenDesk, ShipStation and Magento platforms
