If they can get the BHO to work with the one on a Type 81 magazine, that would be sweet!

Kodiak is trash.

This looks fantastic. I’d love to do a “marksman rifle” build (from Fallout New Vegas) with one of these. A nice DMR stock, an Acog, fake-can. Would look awesome!

Is there a reason they went with AK mags (limited to five) and not keeping the same lower (XCR pistol mags)? Also, will the upper fit and feed from WK180C lowers with XCR mags? Also also, if they DO fit and feed from WK180s will you be selling just the populated upper receiver?
Some people have akmags around and for the look and novelty
If we're ever in a position to use full-cap mags again, AK (or better yet, T81) mags are the way to go, as they are curved properly to feed well. The curve is necessary due to the taper on the 7.62x39 casing. XCR 7.62x39 pistol mags work ok, as they're only 10 rounds, but full-capacity STANAG mags don't feed as reliably as properly curved mags. This is why the Bren2 7.62x39, for example, has its own proprietary mags and slightly larger magwell to accomadate those mags.
...why reply if you don't actually know the answer?

Great to hear! I would suggest the above combo would be in demand enough to justify its own SKU/Product page. Call it the Competition package, as the above would be useful for those who want a nice trigger and less broken pistons for competition. The same kind of page/SKU could be made for the 5.56 WK Gen 2.
