Yes, this exactly. They effed up the OIC 'buy back' so badly they just decided next time(s) to throw out centuries of law and fair practice that says when they expropriate they at least pay you for it. Not anymore, too pesky and legal-like. So now it's freeze and prohibit rendering your equity in them extinguished and you a criminal if you keep them. Once there is no longer a cost or outcry when they confiscate property from their point of view it's game on.
