It doesn't help that Canada Post is gouging this year. I just shipped a package and the fuel surcharge was an extra 45% on top of the base shipping cost. The base cost was $29; the fuel surcharge was $12 and the oversize fee (over 39.4 inches long) was $25.Originally Posted by Deadringer

There’s no compensation… YET. Did you guys suddenly get hit in the head with a brick, they didn’t announce it right after the 2020 OICs, the buyback plan came much later. The tentative pricing model came much later than that too, and didn’t appear to differentiate between full rifles and receivers. Likely same situation with the 2022 ban, if they go through with it, will possibly be announced later with possibly no differentiation.

I had quite the opposite experience, immediately picked up the phone and also got back to me within 10 mins of writing an email with questions.
