First time ever dealing with SRS TACTICAL, nothing but great experience.

Ordered 2 optics on Black Friday afternoon right before closing and I have my 2 optics on hand today Monday morning. This is from Alberta to BC. Almost felt like overnight delivery if you don’t count the weekend.

Before the purchase, I took advantage of the website chat function and had all my questions answered. Alex was very polite and very patient with my endless questions.

During check out, there were issue with shipping cost and Alex had it resolved right away.
