Please review the access rules - making a single introduction post and then applying for access immediately will not satisfy the minimum access requirement.
A minimum of 3 posts over a span of 3 days is required. This means an account needs to be active over a span of 3 days. Making 3 posts in an hour will not satisfy the minimum requirement either.
I doubt he made it as he hasn’t been on since 11-30-2022. LOL
