That only applies to .223 mags. Doesn't apply to .308

Also the danger of using .223 Galil mags in Valmets has nothing to do with "detonation out of battery". The issue with Galil mags is that the feed angle is slightly off, causing the bullet tips to hit the feed ramp, pushing them into the case. This can spike the pressure, causing kaboom.
