We have only gotten positive reviews so far.
Works great. Unlike the OPSol adapter, the Def. Tac. adapter can't fall out or be knocked out accidentally.

Here's a customer who's tested it to -23F and left a review on Defender Tactical's website:
I was very excited to find this product as I had just purchased a 590 and then found about the 590S. After some more research I found out the 590S still might have some teething problems. Since the adapter has to flex to function I was concerned about its performance in the cold. I reached out to Defender Tactical and got a response quickly, Wes confirmed that they had tested down to -5F but welcomed any feedback. I have since done a test at -22.8F with 3" and 1 7/8" shells. The adapter functioned fine with both and was still very flexible. Great product!!
