That is my take on it. The person seems to be looking for information on both legal and illegal firearms, and you'd think people who make and sell firearms would be a perfect source for legal firearms information, and they might have some information about illegal firearms too. Seems to me most gun owners are privy to at least SOME information about illegal firearms - where they primarily come from at the very least.
