How are the mags made compliant? Crimped?

Pinned everytime ive gotten as long as your getting the the full capacity mags not the state compliant one. Check the upc/manufacturing code.

I just placed a order for some standard 20s asc and bunch of stuff. I'm guessing the neutered ones meet some legal requirements here. But always looking around for others near by to split costs.
