Of course common sense would say a piston model is not a variant of a DI AR.

But when has common sense ever come into play with our laws?

I would almost guarantee that the upper receiver was designed specifically to interface with a standard AR10 lower, therefore it's no bueno.

Has AR in the name, banned and probably jailtime for you for even suggesting it given our new censorship laws lol

    I'd love to have one.
Would love to read a review. If it's anything like their other rifles, it should shoot very well indeed.

the lower doesn't look like any sort of large frame AR, but since tfb called it an "AR-10"... probably banned by name lol.

Don't forget that the criteria is if the RCMP lab can duct tape an AR upper or AR lower to its upper or lower and it sort of kind of fits and the hammer sort of might possibly hit the pin then it'll be an AR variant. As this thing has a flat face on the lower and a flat bottom face on the lower I'd say that it won't be getting an FRT anytime.
