    It should go without saying that they would only post positive reviews on their website. You need to go post it on a third party platform like Google.

    It in no way “goes without saying”, though I would say it’s predictable that they would not let honest reviews be posted. That’s not how a review system is supposed to work. If you don’t post all the reviews sent in then there is no point to the system.
