I already spoke to Gravel (current Taurus Distributor) and Freedom Ventures (former distributor) and they both said they cant get it, I have inquired with irunguns and haven't received an email back yet.

Here is what IRUNGUNS had to say: "Hello,

We did some digging into getting this kit and it is not available at this time.

I don't know what "not available at this time" means because if you follow the previous link you can put it in a cart on the Taurus website, so im not sure what the issue would be.

anyone else have any ideas?

Maybe not certified for export? If it's new it might not be a registered product yet for foreign users. Even without ITAR firearm items still need to be permitted to export out of the country as firearms and stuff are still on the Commerce control lists.
