ARCA TRIPOD ADAPTOR vs RC2 TRIPOD ADAPTOR

    Good day,

I was wondering if you could help me out with deciding between the two offered tripod adapters for my CDX-R7 FCP rifle. I am unable to find info on the difference between the two, or the advantages of one over the other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hello Sir

It's not really something you decide, it depends directly on the type of head attachment your tripod model is based on. Manfrotto tripods mainly use the RC2 type while Cadex, Leofoto and Really Right Stuff are using the ARCA type.

I hope that it helps you to better understand, if not, please contact us at customerserice@cadexinc.com or call 450-348-6774 and someone will be with you shortly.

Received my Arca Tripod Adapter and about to install on my CDX-R7 FCP. I was wondering if you could provide the recommended torque specs for the 4 screws? I don't see it in my user manual.

    Thanks for any help!
