    Not legally.

Most provinces require a crossbow to have a 150 pound draw-weight for hunting deer and other big game animals.

I'm not sure if this would be legal for small game either.

In saying that, how cool is this thing!.......

    Shoot some gophers and enjoy.

I know a fellow who gets a few wild turkeys every year with a similar crossbow. Is this legal? Who cares!

With liberals in power your thought process will become illegal, it already is in some countries.

    Enjoy!......
The only government I trust is 45-70 Government!

So, they look really cool, but how do these compare to the original "Bear X Desire XL " that are sold for around 100 dollars. Those are 60lbs limbs and 175 ft/s arrow speed.
I would really like to know what is the stock limb weight is and FPS..
As well as FPS with upgraded 90 lbs limbs..
As for hunting with these, it's NO NO .. the arrow length is way below the legal limit, as well as the FPS. Imaging having a hare run away on you with that arrow sticking from the side and then die on your neighbour's lawn.. that's an investigation waiting to happen

    That's sufficient reason.
Where once roamed 100, there now sit 10,000.

Min arrow length in ON appears to be just for big game? Every province is different so good to check provincial regs. This would definitely be more then enough for hares when equipped with the hunting broadheads!

Found a video of something that looks awfully similar to TI's offering killing hogs down south. The description says 200fps, TI says 220 on this one with the 90lbs.

Yeah, I seen that video. that is the Stinger. They are currently developing 120lbs and 150lbs limbs for the Stinger 2 if you visit the Steambow website. There is another guy on Youtube that also uses his Vlad and Adder crossbows for fishing carp from the shore. Hooks up a reel to the picatinny rail. Has also hunted hogs with his EK Archery Vlad(see link)
