I recently ordered an hg105, there was an issue with the gun so I got in contact with Tactical Imports to try and resolve the issue. My emails were promptly returned and the issue resolved. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Very happy with the service so I just recently bought an Extrema Ratio knife from them and it arrived very quickly.
