I want to point out that the hearing is done in Mid April, but the final ruling may take awhile to come out.

And by the length of this hearing, I imagine the judge will take it sweet time probably in months to publish the result.

I am hoping by Mid summer we will have some positive news. A Canada Day special announcement will be great.
