I've heard they sometimes do spot checks targeting Canadian license plates.
Civilian firearms and parts are NOT ITAR controlled

Not to revive a dead post. But does anyone know if Remington model 700 chassis are Itar controlled?? I want to get a sharpsbrothers heatseeker chassis. If I bring it accross the boarder am I going to get in trouble? I see importing says you can’t wait frames and actions but… it’s a chassis?
