PAL wait times for people with baggage/history? Please share.

Hello, I am recent PAL applicant.
I unfortunately have a little history.
I got a diagnosis of depression and had a DUI when I was younger.
I am know chances are I am in for a long haul and that I'll be waiting a while, which is fine.
But I just want to get an idea of the times people are getting especially recently that have personal history.
It can be 1 to even 3 years in extreme cases I believe.

Yes, I think it's 3 years for you.

And a beginners permit same as a new driver.
