The code is working again, that was our mistake as the sale was originally scheduled to end on May 18th. The code has been fixed and the sale has been extended until Monday May 22nd at 11:59PM.

Sounds to me your beef is with your bank. You are acting like the retailer let it happen or were involved. If either were true they would have lost access to the payment system. Not sure what you are expecting from FOC, but I assume your bank refunded any fraudulent charges and have you a new card.
