    Sounds to me your beef is with your bank. You are acting like the retailer let it happen or were involved. If either were true they would have lost access to the payment system. Not sure what you are expecting from FOC, but I assume your bank refunded any fraudulent charges and have you a new card.

    Why are you still whining about this?
