Calgary Shooting Center told me 2 to 3 months from now probably priced at $CAN = 2 x U$MSRP. No thanks. I'll take the US $589 restricted one from IRG.
Not quite 2x once you do the conversion from USD to CDN. The one IRG is offering is about $830 - $840 Canadian just to get it to IRG in Alberta. This doesn’t include shipping to your door. 589 usd + 25 usd import fee with $1.00 US worth about $1.35/$1.36 based on today’s April 23,2023 exchange rate.

NS announced $999 for the NR version. So the R version from IRG should be cheaper by a decent margin but it shouldn't be the ~$400 you're suggesting.

Nr version. 999 plus 13% tax in Ontario 1128. Considering that I will pickup from store here. So about 110 savings. For that I will prefer nr version
