i reached to the IRG US team and they couldnt find a product which fits G19 Gen3 and exportable to Canada. Do you have it in US site or no ?

No. Title says 17 Gen 4. So NO. If you buying in Canadian site (irunguns.ca) you will pay GST + Shipping both in CAD.
if you buying in USA site (irunguns.com) then based on the date and cut off etc it will be in Canada the following month You will pay 25 USD + product price. Once it reached canada, it is like Scenario 1. You will pay GST+Shipping.
