There is nothing “regular” about a 10” 870. A Remington 10” barrel was only available on the MCS, hence the terminology being used.
You have to sorce the mcs furniture your self. I scored a full mcs handguard assembly with action bars and light off GP the other day.
They have made 10" since a while, but not these MCS clone they were talking about. Also it’s more regular than their old Serbu 6.5" wich would be insane to see make a come back

I’d love to see some 14” MCS barrels available still.
