Is it loaded the same as the Western Metal reloads? I think that is perfect for range fun.

Went back to look at these again today, I assume so but should these be safe in a lever action?

These are loaded within SAAMI spec and will be safe in a modern lever action rated for .44 Magnum, yes.

Wouldn't that depend on barrel length? Slower in a 2 1/2 inch snubby, faster in a 20 inch rifle

Yes, these will be good for a .44 Mag Desert Eagle. Our similar remanufactured ammo has been used by a local range in their rental for a few years now!

There are a wide variety of factors that have an impact on muzzle velocity, as you probably know. At our altitude in Calgary (3500ft) one could expect ~1300FPS from a 6" barrel with this loading.
