Anything NR would be alot more popular than any of those options. Im a big proponent of buying whatever you want regardless of looming legislation, but the prospect of buying registered guns that will most likely be banned is less appealing due to the fact they know you have it and we dont know what limits theyll go to to punish you for it. NR all the way
14 is the restricted sweet spot with 11 in second.
18.5 NR is obviously what everyone wants.
