Thanks for the warning OP. I for one appreciate you looking out for our safety as a community.
Thanks to cwblackwell88 for sharing this, and glad to hear you are still “ intact” !!
I gave up on WM remanufactured ammo, especially their .308 stuff, several years ago.
Of the 600 or so rounds I bought, 10% of it would not fully chamber in all 3 of my .308 rifles.
I have had better luck with bulk Norinco….
Cadex : If they got you to sign a waiver..they are not 100 % sure. I know it hurt financially, myself, I would have get the action changed. They had it in hand, and could have ask for a full warranty..new gun after all..just for piece of mind down the road.
Me, I could not imagine, each time I pull the trigger, wondering if all will be alright. But it’s me.
I am not saying you have done anything wrong just not my way.
Anyway, all of this is a very upsetting event..specially when you are just happy to go shoot a new rifle..just sad.
By the looks of the burst case, and the fact that its a 5-6 shot new rifle leads me to believe there is a headspace issue. Did they repair just the bolt or the whole action? waivers aside, glad you weren't physically injured. Just my observations.
You going to start barking, "its the law of the land" again.
You didn't understand what the op posted and what I posted, and you go off on your tangents as always.
Edit to add. Your level of comprehension is of a 6 year old. I stated clearly that I could see wm's viewpoint except on "not my problem" for the sole reason they didn't make it even though its branded for their company.
Yet you choose to run off at your mouth instead of stopping and thinking for just a second.
Clearly "you ain't too smart, boy".

I dislike having a battle of wits when my opponent comes unarmed....it just seems so unsportsmanlike!
Interesting, no flattening or cratering around primer which to me indicates an old or faulty case that blew before fully pressurized.
Money isn't everthing. It's just something needed to purchase anything.
So ammo in an 11yr old box exploded a brand new rifle? And the same guy exploded a 9mm with ammo by the same company, but probably newer?? The odds are astronomical that this is all just an ammo problem. And this guy shoots the cheapest commercial reloads in a new Cadex? Sure, I’ll buy some beachfront land in Prince George…
