So this time you respond with a range, but you were unwilling to for the last 2 months? Why?

We responded many times the amount is relative to experience and your asset to the business. If this job is not for you, then move along and allow someone else to work in a great work environment. This is a partime position for someone who would enjoy working in a gunstore and benefits of staff deals. thanks.

I'm so tired of employers holding all the cards, and then acting like the victim when people expect them to behave with some integrity.

You want people to send you their personal information so you can judge how much they are worth. Why shouldn't they have the right to ask you what is on the table?

I'm asking you this as a potential customer, not as an applicant. How you treat our community is to a degree what my decision to do business with you depends on.

In essence .. next time you personally appeal to our forum community for labour .. be honest with us. Don't play the victim because we've politely asked you multiple times what you're offering in terms of pay. It just makes you seem like a 50+ year old cry baby, and its a great example of the issue we are currently living through in the labour market.

So you want someone you can pay below market wages for the privilege of working ina gun store?

    No wonder youre still looking

You’re losing customers here, not just the job interview as I previously mentioned.
