i have never purchased from you, and probably won't because of everything i've been reading about you for months and months
if i were you, i would try to resolve this issue sooner rather than later
people don't trust you with their CC info.. i would suggest you make at least one real, honest post about everything that has happened and try to put this behind you

Your right, i’m not even saying I won’t ever shop there or tell what others what to do, I just thought it was an odd official stance and I prob sound surprised on the phone too. The lcbo comparison was especially weird because it’s a crown company that’s forced on and hated by the majority that live in ON. Years ago there was a gentleman running the daily store operation I think his name was Adam, and he did quite an amazing job maybe got promoted, but I haven’t seen him in a long time and things to have been getting rough since then.
