It already comes with sites and a stock so I don’t understand what you mean….
Just FYI these adapters are designed to be used with their bolt action chassis systems and not just any AR style interface. On the odd chance it fits, it will also extend your LOP more than you would expect. Should ask MDT if anyone has actually tried it on a Bren 2 successfully.
FYI (they have multiple interfaces) If it uses a "buffer tube" the adapter will accept a buffer tube. Not sure what the width is of the Bren, but it should clear the chassis when folded
