    I shot the biggest bear of my life with a 7.62x39. Double tapped him in the armpit and he went about 10 feet.

    He was 6’10”.. 350lb spring weight.

    I blasted a bear 2 ish years ago at 7m with a shotgun, I was actually so close that I pulled the wad out of the bears shoulder

    I'm surprised you don't stlll see the odd gun rack in southern Alberta... maybe further north?

    Your not supposed to store guns in your vehicle longterm if that's what your thinking..... but driving around in the country with Jumper cables, tow ropes and other tools is still a thing.
    Our Government trusts rivets more then law abiding gun owners.
