Is corrosive ammo that bad?

Ya I avoid it personally, but nothing wrong with it if your properly cleaning and maintain your firearm after using it. I just don't want to have to be forced to clean the barrel of a firearm every time I use the stuff. While I keep really clean guns I don't want to be forced to clean the barrels and actions every shoot.
