That's a great question. Although the government cannot sell CADPAT to individuals, individuals can. This is how you see the odd item at a surplus store. In addition, a few select companies have received authorization from the Canadian Government to produce AUTHENTIC CADPAT items themselves. That is the majority of what we will have for sale. Companies you know such as Eagle Industries, HSGI, CPGear and ICE Tactical, to name a few.
