Yes, they are howa specific magazines. If you handload they have a slightly longer oal. Howa had their mags and mdt just came out with their version for the howa.

They say 3 round for the Legend. I'd guess that is the 5 Rd 223 mags. So 3 or 6 depending if you pull the spacer or not.
