Just some background info on Buffalo Bore ammo.
I have several boxes of this ammo with different load options, is some of the best it does have a WARNING Label on it to give what guns are safe to shoot it in.
It comes in five different loadings from them, here is a list that i have.
45-70 Buffalo Bore 8A = 430g LFN GC 1925 fps / 3537 fb.lbs
45-70 Buffalo Bore 8B = 405g JFN 2000 fps / 2597 ft.lbs
45-70 Bullalo Bore 8C = 350g JFN 2150 fps / 3591 ft. lbs
45-70 Buffalo Bore Magnum 8D = 500g FMJFN / 1650 fps / 2931 ft.lbs Barns Bullets
45-70 Buffalo Bore 8E = 300g JFN 2350 fps / 3676 ft.lbs
GARRETT also make 45-70+P Hammerheads 540g / 1550 fps 25 Brinnell Bullets, 35,000 cup
only for * Newer Marlin Rifles.
Black Hills Ammunition, Grizzly Ammo, i have no data on this ammo.
