I did not say anything remotely like that. Your comprehension skills seem a little out of calibration.

What is the difference between a bullet fired from an AR15? From a Model 94? From a Remington 700? Or a Luger 9mm other than velocity, weight , and diameter?
    A bullet is a bullet.
The function of the gun used to load, fire, and eject the empty case is the only difference.
That function has no influence on the moral values of the person in possession of the gun.
The same safety rules apply to all bullets fired and all guns.
I think you said way more than you think you said....
If you don't have 12(3), 12(4),12(5), or 12(6) on your gun license, or if your PAL expires, the licensing system says your hands are "the wrong hands".
Gun owner licensing, keeping guns out of the hands of the law abiding.

Yeah, and what % of appeals they hear are from split decisions vs the total % of split decisions?

Split decisions are by definition more contentious and therefore much more likely to be heard than unanimous decisions are.

The Supreme court gets to chose and reject with no explanation.
It is going to depend on whether enough judges are old school Liberals who do not like the current bunch of Liberals

    Incorrect!

There it’s third way and I’ve been suggesting it since early 2015, even before Trudeau was elected.

Minimal interest on CGN. And so we blunder on except for some gun groups across Canada who are seizing the opportunity; but not enough.

Meanwhile in the USA the change is in high gear.
Let's follow the USA example: https://project2025.afsp.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Toolkit_Safe_Firearm_Storage_CLEARED_508_2-24-20.pdf
